All information describe below will be followed when dealing with any & all shipping errors, shipping pricing changes or refunds of any kind, defects, lost packages or wrong items.


Are my packages tracked?

Most packages will ship with tracking numbers available within a few days from purchase. We distribute parts from multiple locations both within Canada and the United States; therefor delays may happen between purchase date and information on tracking being received.

Certain small items will not be tracked but are covered in the event the item is listed as “lost” or “not delivered” by the carrier. Items that have these issues will go through search process with the carrier before being replaced or refunded.

Transit times

The current pandemic has put certain difficulties on properly estimated transit times. Please understand this issues can affect both the time it takes ship your items and to receive your items.

    Are all items in stock?

    All items listed on The Evo Shop are listed as in stock as we have multiple distributors which allows us to be able to supply most items with little to no delay.

    Delays will however happen. We are living in a very strange time that has put a halt on mass production of products. We apologize for any delays this may cause.

    If items purchased are on backorder or not in stock through our distributors we will contact you by email to inform you about delays and whether you would like to cancel the order or wait.

    How long we retain your data

    If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

    If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

    All of your data is protect by the powerhouse behind Paypal. This is where all information is stored for Paypal purchases. We will never sell or give out your information.

    We are protected by GoDaddy’s security team, any and all issues will instantly be resolved and protected by them and our safety systems.

    What third parties we receive data from

    We do not receive any data from third parties other then Paypal payment information such as Address, Email & Phone numbers.
